I love it! I have been lookin for a bus/camper i could afford for YEARS.

My trans just lost reverse in my DD/tow pig. 4L80 = $2400 new or $1000 to rebuild! Im gonna get the trans rebuilt, and sell it to pay off the bus, then buy a beater car that good fuel mileage.
My DD gets about 7-10 in town, 12-14 highway and 6-8 towing my rig!
Im betting the sucker gets wayyyyy better mileage towing.
The PO hopped it up a little. Put a different swash plate in the pump, and different nozzles on the injectors so it would tow better.
Its a guy ive known for years so i trust him pretty good. And its a small town, so it aint like he can hide from me! Lol

Sweet. Extend the wheelbase another 20 feet, put a flatbed behind the sleeping quarters, and add a tow receiver and 5th wheel/gooseneck and you'll be set for long distance weekend wheeling with friends type of trips
