Install them yourself. You just have to remove the screws from the door panel. If the truck has manual windows, use a torx (T25?) screwdriver to get the crank off the door. If it has power windows, unplug the switches. You just pull up and out on the panel after that. That gives you access to the speaker.
If you order from Crutchfield, they give you wiring harnesses for the speakers. You won't have to cut any wires.
