I have a 2010 2WD Ranger with the 2.3L. I am going to be moving from North Pole, AK to Northern California in a few months and am looking at some Monroe SENSA-TRAC Load Adjusting Shocks for the rear of the truck. Unfortuanately, Monroe only lists their shocks up to the 2009 model year. Can someone tell me if the 2010's take the same rear shocks as the 2009's? Thanks.

I would almost certainly think they would.
They arent listed yet because they arent old enough to have worn out yet..

I'm beginning to think they'll fit. I've found 2 references online for rear shocks for the 2003-2010 2wd rangers. I'll pick them up tomorrow and measure eye-to-eye compressed & extened to make sure.

Fit like a charm. The eye-to-eye compressed & extened measurements are identicle.
