I have an 88 2.3. I just rebuilt it and it was running great. At idle after I let it warm up a few times and shut it off and then warm it up again. It started to miss maybe like a vaccum leak or something.I could not hear a leak though. It did not make any funny sounds either. Then today while it was warming up it started it I was able to give it some gas and it would stop and idle right then it did it again and no matter how much gas I gave it it just died. Now the engine will spin but not crank up. Any Ideas? I can hear the fuel pump prime when I turn the switch on. I have not checked anything else yet due to time, but if anyone has any ideas please let me know and I will try it.
