something I picked up a few days ago in southern Ohio. the previous owner rolled it while doing donuts.:annoyed:
it actually drives, but goggles are required as some glass still falls from the windshield.:shok:
I'm in the process of stripping the body from the frame.
it's a 4x4, 3.0 5sp manual, 4.10 gears. was originally an automatic, still has the auto cluster.

I didn't think you could roll a truck doing donuts....wow.

Just cut the top off and make it a permanent convertible.

both rear spring shackles missing didn't help any

The rear of the springs were just riding against the bottom of the box?

no, the brackets were still there and capturing the springs, but the shackles were totally rusted out

Id drive it how it sits.

I just ordered up a new buffer with some really good reviews. When it gets in and I finish the job I got it for you can borrow it.

If the shackles are rusted away, I'd hate to think about what other small parts are rusty dust?

its a southern Ohio truck, most of it is OK. the bed had a drop in liner that caused the front of the bed to rust. the core support was missing the lower 2".
the doors and floor are (were) in great shape. the bed is off now so I can see that the crossmember at the gas tank has serious issues.

so far its worth what I paid for it. the 4x4 frame is solid, that's the only reason I wanted this truck.

its a shame this was rolled, the floor is in great shape.
the frame does have some rust, nothing terminal.
as you can see, I stripped the cab of everything bolted on.

Looks much better, especially with the rugs.

the rugs were to keep the cover from being cut, and my hands. busted windshield glass is nasty, it's much worse than the door glass.

I got that buffer in. Haven't used it yet.

Windshield glass is nasty. I tried to save my old one and cracked it trying to take it out. That was two years ago and I am still finding bits of glass in the yard and drive way.
