New Member with chirping sound from hub

Hello, I've have a 99 Ranger 4.0, 4x4 with vaccum hub locks, has 117,000 miles, 3" body lift with 33x12.5 tires. After driving for a while, at low speed I can hear a chirping sound coming from the front. Breaking and turning the wheels will not stop the sound nor will engaging 4x4. Anyone have this problem before?

hey man ive got ni help with u for ur problem but i have a question 4 u. do u think 35s wuld of fit on ur truck? because i have the exact same truck but without the lift.
