Hi let my introduce myself. My name is Bryan I'm 15 and recently bought a 94 Ranger XLT 2.3 5 speed for 150 (Yes that $150). The 2.3 in it is blown but I have also bought a working 2.3 with very little miles on it for 350. I'm getting everything delivered to me tomorrow. My plans are to to a 63 inch chevy leaf swap ,2 inch lift shackles, 4 or 5 inch coil springs, 3 inch body lift run 33 or 35 BFG M/T's, make some custom bumpers and do some other little mods. I'm not really going to do any major wheeling but I might get crazy and do a ford 9inch or d44 axle swap. I have a great shop at my house and am enrolled in my schools maching class that has 4 Hass CNC machine's 3 lathes 3 mills a sheet metal room a foundry and lots of good quality welders. I have a old lincoln arc welder a miller mig welder and a gas welder so I am very capable of making lots of the parts that I need. My dad and I plan on doing the engine swap in the next week or two so there will be a build thread for that. My other hobbys include restoring Vintage Minibikes paintballing and just having fun!!! I'll have some pics up tomorrow hopefully. Check out my latest minibike I restored 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds. It is a 1968 bonanza BC 1300SH with a 100cc Hodaka 2stroke that I totally rebuilt(Yes that engine is stock for the bike).

Sounds cool Bryan. Welcome to the Station! Your school have SkillsUSA? Let's get some pics up and see that '94.

Actually ya they do have skills usa. I was in it last year but not this year because I had a FFA convention the same weekend as the competition. I placed gold last year.

Im Reporter in my SkillsUSA autoshop program at my school. Good job on the gold. Flowing Wells Auto Shop made it the the AZ Regionals the last 5 years in a row. Took 5th last year. I'm hoping to help take home 1st this year.

I'm almost always in the auto competition. Building the light circuits to get all the light bulbs to light up is SO HARD. 13 people got it in the entire 500 person competition.

Welcome to the forums! Looking forward to the awesome build, sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders good luck.:icon_welder:

Welcome to TRS. Great group of people on this forum. Def looking forward to the build thread. Keep us updated with pics too.

Good god, I wish my high school shop class was that well stocked. Where at in NorCal are you?

We'll have to go wheelin some time after you get your truck done. Cow mountain OHV park isn't to far from Petaluma.

Ya we'll have to go wheeling. My truck probably won't be ready until about next September or October cause I show animals at the summer fairs and when I sell them thats when I'll have the cash to put my lift on it and buy my tires and rims and etc.
