well if you dont allredy know iv owend my first ford ranger for a month or so now its a 88 2.3. i was wanting to know how to cheak to see if i have any codes? and i cwant to clean the egr but cant find it is it in the valve cover?

the pcv is located on the driver side of the block in the hose that comes out of the funny looking metal thingy under the intake manifold and should be hooked up to the bottom of the upper intake manifold. took me a few to find it the frist time so dont feel to bad
