New from Chandler

Hey everybody, at the end of this month I'll be buying my sister's 1999 Ford ranger 3.0 5speed 2wd. Clutch was rebuilt 10k ago. I've been looking through this forum already just for ideas about what to do with it.
Here's some pics

Immediate plans are
1. changing plugs and all fluids
2. installing spray in bedliner
3. new interior (seats and carpet)

Future plans include
1. locking the rear
2. camburg 5.5 lift

Any feedback on my plans would be great. I know a ton about f150s and general maintenance but I'm a bit of a newb with rangers so any help is appreciated.

Nope, unfortunately chandler AZ but it seems like there's still plenty nearby
