New England Offical Ranger Meet!

I think that Compleckz and I will be planning a meet for sometime this summer. We are still working on very basic stuff but there will be an S10 and a couple jeeps there too. It will be completely open. No restrictions on brands of vehicles. Just on vehicle capabilities.

okay that is good to know cause im always working on my friends cars and i might be able to talk them in on it. :headbang:

and wheeling would be fun but what about those of us without a 4X4 off road rig?

We are planning on trails requiring lockers so if you dont have an offroad rig, I am sure there will be plenty of empty 4x4 seats. :D

that sounds good to me, and i will prob be an idiot and try with my truck if there is a non extreme trail lol

does anyone know areas around centrial mass to go wheeling? the only place i have been so far is ashburnham

where should we have this?

Wooosta area..... Lets do it in like a month.. since theres a big meet in Albany in the end of august I do hope alot of you guys will spring out to go!! We can always meet right near my place in Westfield.. its the last exit before the 40mile trip to Lee/Pittsfield on the pike..

The first thing that is needed is a place with some good trails. The next thing is how difficult are the trails.

Trying to get a stock 2wd truck through a trail meant for a 4x4 on 33s is probably the best way to take the fun out of the trip.

Next, you need someone local in the area to figure out where to start from.

Once you have those things, you figure out a date that works well for you and post it up. Then see who can make it.

Make it open to every one. But make it clear that some people will have to ride with others if thier truck wont be able to make it throught the trails.

We do them when we can. Basically its when a couple people that are friends take the initiative to organize a small meet.

I know that Compleckz and I wont be doing one for a little while again because I am going to be busy getting my 98 on the road and then lifting my 97.

o0o ok, i was just wonderin cuz ill probly be done with my truck about a week after i pick it up, just wondering if there was anything to go to besides summer nationals and fun ford weekend, is there anywhere i can get a window sticker for my truck, and how much are you looking to get for that 98 you have listed?

Id like to get 3500 but it is very negotiable. I am putting an engine in it now. I plan on registering it and getting it inspected and driving it while I work on lifting my 97. I want to drive it for 2 weeks or so to make sure that it is reliable. (this is the first engine swap Ive ever done.)

Here are some pics.
