New DD problem

So I just bought a 1995 Toyota Celica GT for 600 bucks!! Sorry guys I needed a four cylinder car for my commute to college. I bought it from a friend knowing that it had some clutch problems. He said it was getting a little hard to get into gear so he cracked the bleeder valve ( fully hydraulic clutch) and after so the pedal would go down but not return. Anyone have any ideas to what may be causing this?

The gas pedal is stuck on the floor mat and running away. It won't go into gear again until the engine idles.

And he probably let air into the clutch system by doing that. Top the fluid off and bleed it out properly.

Air in the system.

Close the bleeder valve and bleed the clutch and see what happens...
