Can't keep up but I think the 2004 went to a slightly different (and presumably nicer) body style? And at some point they got away from timing belts and put in chains- I'd check for that and go newer if you need to to get the chain.

I approve- the "S" model is the only corolla I would consider. The CE and LE models are like subarus, built for lesbos.

You ever see the XRS? ^ speed and a whole new engine that spins up past 8k. Mmmmm

Haven't seen it yet. The Civic Si also spins at 8K and has 11:1 compression ratio! Plus 6 speed limited slip standard. These newer rides are NICE!!
