New brakes, rear wheel won't spin when lugs are tightened


pics would be nice. I got the feeling that since you got a truck that didn't have breaks to begin with that the hardware was installed wrong. Or you didn't realize there is a front shoe and a rear shoe and you have both fronts on one side and both rears on the other side. could be anyone's guess without pictures.
