I registered last year to ask a couple of questions but now I have actually gotten my project. It's a 1986 BroncoII I'm thinking of doing a Ranger bed swap.

New-again.

New-again.

The body is fairly straight but it has some wiring issues, mainly fixing what the previous owner did trying to correct a fuel pump problem. Luckily I'm not afraid of electrical and all I need is the EVTM.
Here's the Ranger I dragged home yesterday. I went ahead and got it hoping there maybe some parts I can use from it to get the B2 running.

It got some sort of lift kit on it I may or may not use.

Sweet trucks! Welcome to TRS man! Looks like youve got your work cut out for you...

I am digging the BII. I would swap the kit over. It appears to be Skyjacker coils, and I can't recall which driver side drop bracket that is. I lost track after all the manufacturers switched their designs because the previous designs were breaking...

Welcome! Myself, I'd just spend the money on that BII. Loved my '84'. I'm not into lifted trucks but to each his/her own.
