I didn't bother reading the other forum, but according to Ebay policies, no matter the state, if an item is bid on, and no reserve is set, whether stated or implied, the item sells to the highest bidder at the end of auction. If the auction ended through timeout and not from seller ending auction, he is required by law to sell it at that price. Ebay's auctions are a legal and binding contract. If he failed to get the vehicle from the dealer, I have one word for the winning bidder....
