The computer on your '95 controls nothing other than the engine, so your beep is originating from another component.

I had the same problem but just by passed my nss on my clutch pedal but cant get my reverse lights to work. Did you splice the two wires from your back up switch into the main harness? I tried to just match the wires but get nothing for my reverse lights. If i touch the two together, they light up fine. Iv tried.a new switch but still no lights. I have to get this figured out today to get exhaust ran tomorrow.

Hot wire to the backup light switch is o/p ---bk/pk to the lights bk to ground.
