Here's just a thought.....see if the house is paid for. If not, he probably won't be making payments, and it sounds like momma doesn't want it. Maybe you could make a deal with the bank, pick up the house cheap, clean it up and rent it.

Im pretty sure if it was a meth lab full of junkies it is way beyond needing a coat of paint... hell they were pooping in the yard, that doesn't say much for the plumbing if a junky is too grossed out to crap indoors!

in all honesty, i dont think they were producing it, as much as gathering supplies for the person who is cooking it. his mom's handyman has been there, constantly tearing things apart. a few days ago, there was a lot of activity, and we were looking to see, being nosey, but who wouldn't. The mom drove by real slow, and when she got in front if my house, she yelled, "THAT'S MY HOUSE" and without a beat my wife yelled back " I WOULDN'T BE TELLING ANYBODY, THAT'S A CRACKHOUSE" i love my wife.
So, it seems the mom is just as batshit Krazy as everybody else that goes to that house.
