Need your prayers

My grandma on my Dads side of the family had a minor stroke about two and a half weeks ago now, it didn't paralyze her but it caused her speech to be slurred. Not long after the stroke she got sick again and had to be put back in the hospital, but this time the doctors ran some more extensive tests and found that two of the arteries in her heart are clogged and one of them is partially clogged. She's going to have to have a triple bypass done but as old as she is we're not sure if she is going make it through the surgery. This has hit us all really hard. Pray for her and for us.

I hope she does ok. My granddad had a triple bypass and a pacemaker put in about 10-12 years ago. He has been doing really well since then. I hope your grandmother does as good as him.

Alright guys an update on my grandma. They did the triple bypass last Thursday. My Dad called from the hospital while i was on my lunch break at work and said that she came through the surgery ok and the doctors said she was doing good. Then at work Friday I asked him how she was doing, and he said that she was still hooked up to a ventilater, but that they should have her up and walking within a couple of days.

You quite possibly could have a good point, but people tend to get more prayers in this forum because so many members visit it (and God likes to drop in on it every now & then), rather than a small percentage that visit the Sanctuary....
