Boss 302.

A Boss 302 for $100!?!:icon_confused: Does it have something wrong with it? If it runs that is a smoking deal.:yahoo: I'd do the 302 if I was you.
What kind of condition is the 2.8 in?

BBBBBBBBBBBBOSS 302?
Dam we sound like a broken record.....lol

I think this decision depends on the application of the vehicle. If you're wanting a hot rod and the Boss 302 runs... Of course you go for the 302. If you're looking at a daily driver you may want to consider a rebuild of the 2.8. I know... I broke the chain of the agreeance with the boss but I'm just trying to be objective.

I'd just stay with a normal 302, sell the Boss motor. Like Mosinman said, all depends on your needs and wants. Even a stock 302 will do in a BII just fine.
