need some help

i have a 1984 bronco ii when i put it in drive i get a tappin sound from the passenger side of the truck

na not in 4 wheel its under a black cover its like a pump or something lol

if your talking about under the hood there is a black cover over the relays and vacum relay witch does make a cliking sound
