Yup.

Most trucks, if the springs haven't sagged a ton, can squeeze 31's stock. It varies among tire manufacturers, of course.

It depends on the condition of the truck's suspension, and how much it has sagged over the years. 1st gen rangers front fenders are usually a conflict if not lifted at least 3-4 inches.

what about an "01 Ranger that is in good shape? It hasn't hauled anything either, except for once or twice.

If you have an '01, that mod won't work for you.

You would have to crank your torsion bars (if it's 4x4)
