umm...just throwing this in the mix, but have you considered your COILS?
I had a car that gave me the EXACT same issues. The coil was cracked, but it would only show once the engine was hot because the heat would cause the coil to expand and open up any damage even more.
I even brought it to the garage where they replaced the o2 sensors, cat converters and did a whole battery of tests. It wasn't 'till they gave up and let me take it home that i decided to give it a try.
NOTE:Keep in mind, in this case, when they were checking for spark, there WAS spark because the coil was fine until the engine heated up.
