Need some advice...

Thanks everyone that replied, i think I'm going to be fine with the tan interior, the seats are black also, but it doesn't have the white gauges, the truck has 74000 miles so that's about 10,000 per year which is pretty good i think, it blue books at 11,500, it also has new rotors n pads, i think I'm going to pick it up today

hopefully going to do a 3 inch lift, with 31" tires and some decent looking black wheels, I'm also a big fan of those honeycomb looking grills, so i might do that also, but thanks again for all the input.

Also the 4.0 seems pretty quick, but what would be the best way of getting some more power, cold air intake, exhaust etc?

Tan Interior

Hey Bill I have a Dark Blue Navajo with a 2 tone tan interior, and I really love the color combination. and I agree with all replies about black is hard to keep clean but is good for the mechanics in us, and tan can brighten things up a lot more. I see the truck has an Oregon plate on it. Where abouts are you ? Albany area myself. :icon_cheers:

Ya, i got car checkers of America coming to do a full diagnostics of the truck today, im pretty sure i will end up getting it, im located in medford (southern)

only bad part about the whole deal is he owes 10 grand on the truck, cant take no lower, but the whole paying of a bank deal is pretty confusing to say the least

well i got it, only problems is the power stearing rack has a lil bit of a leak, and overdrive doesnt seem to want to turn on, also the truck seems to lean to the right a little bit, what do you think this could be, could i just tighten some stuff up or what?

Are you referring to the drivers side or passenger side for the lean? I am assuming that you mean the passenger when you say "right". If its actually the driver's side, that is typical of rangers (usually ones a bit older than your truck) because the fuel tank, battery, and driver are all on the drivers side. To answer your CAI question. These trucks are already equipped from the factory with a cold air intake and replacing it with a K&N intake or the like has proven to not be affective or worth the money as you already have the most efficient setup. I am not sure what you mean by the overdrive being turned on? (I am assuming its an automatic transmission) Its always on unless you press the button on the end of the shifter stalk that turns it off and a light on your cluster will light up saying something like "O/D Off". The leaking steering rack could be a loose fitting or a leaky line? You already have a honeycomb grill, unless you mean this?
