need some advice...

Another thing is that all F150s are batch fire injection systems as opposed to a sequential fire system like the Mustangs use.
Some of the newer 5.0 F150/F250/Bronco were sequential EFI:

For 94~95, the automatics were sequential but the manuals were not
For 96 only, all were sequential

if you use the ecu from the f150, and your ranger is a manual, then no.

maybe just the slave cylinder from the 150, but wait for someone else to chime in.

im not all that familiar with newer fords.

well i bought the whole truck my plan was to just stick the whole motor tranny and tcase under my ranger yes or no...

Right 96 only were all sequential and mass air. I don't think all 95s with an auto were though. I recall doing an engine R&R on a 95 F150 for a guy and I'm pretty sure his was not SEFI. Could be wrong though. I know most of the Broncos were SEFI, which is why they tended to run a little better than the pickups did. I had to do this research for a buddy of mine. He's got a 95 Lightning with 69K original miles with a dealer-installed Vortech on it. It had all these extra boxes and what not on it, and we had to figure out what the hell they were. We have since removed the motor to clean it up some and upgrade the pump to an S-trim V2. Trans is already done in it, so the little "Moonshine" truck should really haul the biscuits when we're done.
