Need opinion on trade.

i had a yard sale today. in my garage sits a 63 nova ss convertible. it needs some work. the main seal is leaking and the tranny bangs. its got a 350 crate in it. today, a guy around the corner offered to trade a 95 dodge ram 1500. heres the part where you think im crazy, but let me finish. it has an LS1 in it. brand new stainless steel exhaust, and an air ride suspension.

the nova needs work and it sits in the garage. i think im going to take it to a shop soon. :|
