need new lift brackets

hey so my brackets finally blew a hole in my diff and i was wondering what could i do to prevent this in the future. i was gonna grind a little bit of the bracket and put in a little longer bump stops. a friend said y not add a little plating on it, would that be a good idea or not

that's what i did.....

gonna add some more guessets once i get it in there and probably add some new bumpstops as well. i bought mine from another memeber here and he said he never had a problem with them hitting the diff. it was in a ranger though. there may be some differences in how they mount.

i'd just look into finding some used brackets on here that use an actual drop bracket instead of a drop plate.

You don't even have remotely the same suspension system on your truck, it's completely different

Drop bracket kits for your truck don't damage the diff like in the TTB setups. Apples to oranges....
