i have a 2.3L turbo im rebuilding an i need to know what are good brand names to go with an what are bad ones and im trying to make it all forged stuff in inside. thank you.

ive spent a crapload of time at racerwalsh.com in the 4 cyl section trying to decide wat kind of longblock i want to build they offer dif combos of all forged internals plus heads w/ oversized valves and cams and cam gears be it flat tappet or hyd roller just search for 4 cyl rotating assys and you will find complete kits watever specs compression or crank you want.
