I am making a neck stand for my BBQ trailer, I have my old 84' bottle jack, and although it is a little loose, I was wondering if my design here would work.
(it would be mounted with a bracked on it to allow me to pull it up with we move the trailer).
The red is a pipe extension from the bottle jack, and the blue is a wheel barrow wheel mounted to the extension.
I also have plans of installing a crank handle on the jack.
Will this work? Is the fact that the top seal is popped up effect it? and what should I avoid when making it? and what can I ruin welding onto the jack?
