Need help finding a 4cyl 4x4 5 spd to buy

by 5 speed, I mean not automatic, lol.

The tk4 isn't an auto trans, use to have one in my truck before my 302 swap. My truck is an 83 and only had 4speeds that model year for manual trans. The 5speed was an option back then before they just started putting 5 speeds in all of them with a manual trans.

OK I finally found one..... not even 20 miles away.

2,400 its a 1996 and is orange. I like the color. Good body solid truck.
It is a perfect specimen or seems to be in great shape for 200000 miles.

Only problem is that is needs a heater core, old core is currently bypassed. From my research it looks like a complete nightmare to do.

also it needs the IAC cleaned.... rough idle, no big deal.

I currently have 4 trucks at house... also I'm entered in a silent bid for a repo truck. If i win that truck and buy this one.... money will be very tight until i can get some things sold.

oh, its not so bad i have done 4 or 5 of them, just plan on a Sunday afternoon and some help goes along ways.
you don't have to take the dash out you just need to move it about 1ft or so, then you can drop in the new core.

I'm probably gonna go ahead with buying it and just see if any of my friends that are out of work wanna make a few bucks.

I think it'll give me a good bargaining chip as well. I've been wanting one too long to pass up on the opportunity. I have got to stop buying things now though just because its a (good deal)
