Need help ASAP regarding oil seals!

I'm getting ready to pull the front/rear seals on my 2.3 4-banger and was wondering if anyone here has done it before. I don't have a tool that the manual says is required and was hoping I could get it done without the tool. Any experience here would be huge. Thank you.

Nevermind guys, I just found it under "SEARCH". I guess I should've tried that first but I did'nt think I would find anything regarding these seals. Sorry.
