okay i lifted my 2000 2wd ranger with lifting blocks under my leaf springs and spacers under my coil springs now my truck rides really rough anyone know a cheap way that i could get it straightened out

there's 2 cheap ways, the first would be using the search function of this site, to see what has been posted in the past, the second would be buying a proper lift kit

Buy a proper lift kit or put it back to stock. Theres no cheap way to make your cheap "lift" ride good. Those coil spacers are whats doing it. Buy a set of lift spindles, that will cure your rough ride.

I never used spacers before. I usually add taller coil springs and no no lift blocks at the rear. You can add the add-a-leafs as I have used several times and I love them. Smooth rides. On my 99 2wd Ranger I added 3 inch spindle lift and 2 inch taller coil springs and 4 inch add-a-leafs at the rear. I used Fabtech spindles and Springtech coils. I did the lift back in 2000 the year after I bought the Ranger new. They still look good and the suspension lift looks great and the truck handles great and it is a smooth ride. To go cheaper try Ebay and look at Springtech coils. They also have spindle lifts. It is cheaper to just buy the new coils and the rear add-a-leafs. Just be careful if you buy used, the parts could be very worn and you would be better off with new parts for a bit more money. Hope this helps you out.
