need camera help!

Well I didn't see your post about rebooting...that means to shut down your computer and start it fresh...let it sit for about a minute before starting it again...then open Windows explored or MY Computer and see if you can see the camera listed as removeable storeage...if you can you should be able to copy the files over to your computer without the overhead of a software program...I do that all the time when applications fail...in fact, I rarely use applications to do transfer files becuase they more often than not fail...

but i can transfer my files to photobucket, just a few at a time for some odd reason, so ill just live with that and if i ever need the pics, ill just get them from photobucket

As long as you can live with that...it would drive me nuts trying to upload that many images two or three at a time...you're more patient than I am...

last thing go to a real camera shop not wally world AKA wal-mart and have them put them on cd. works everytime.
