Need alot of help 94 3.0

Now I replace the cap and the ignition coil also replaced the plugs and plug wires plus are set at .44 the sticker under the hood says .42 threw .46

OK, so you know for sure the problem is Spark

Check the TFI module connector at the distributor and at the TFI module on Rad support

Looks like this: https://therangerstation.com/tech_library/images/remote_tfi1.jpg

This controls the spark and its base timing(startup), computer does "vacuum advance"

Have a good look at connector's contacts inside

The TFI module can and does get heat sensitive, common issue when they were mounted on the distributor, 3.0l did remote mount which helped but they can still have the problem

There are 4 models, each a little different seen here: https://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/attachments/tfi_5-0_comparison-gif.250293/

Grey or black color matters

I remember a member here tested his TFI with a baggie of ice, lol.

Same symptom, would start cold but not warmed up

After a no start he held a bag of ice against the TFI module to cool it down quickly, his was on distributor, and engine started
He did it a few times and each time it started so he replaced TFI module and problem was gone

Well damn I'm trying that I looked at a posted you replied to sometime ago for someone having almost the same issue and you left a link for them how to follow it to get the codes so I did that and read the codes it gave gonna look them up now I got a 565 twice then a 529 and a 539 and a 211 was left on there

After reading the codes off here code 211 and 529 are memory codes code 565 is canister purge solenoid circuit failure is this something that will make it not start?

Now I got a bigger problem I found a vaccum leak in the purge valve line fixed it turned the key it cranked over twice I heard a kock under the hood almost like something blew and now I have no dash lights nothing

How's the battery holding up?

211 (M) Ignition PIP signal was erratic or missing - Ignition Systems
This would cause a no start
PIP is the TFI timing pulse signal that starts spark and fuel injectors, it comes from distributors hall effect sensor

529 (M) Data Communications Link to processor failure
If you are using an OBD1 Reader, and not counting Flashing CEL lights then its a connection issue to the OBD1 port in engine bay

565 (O) Canister Purge 1 solenoid/circuit failure - Solenoids
This is an electrical fault not related to a broken vacuum hose, also not related to a no start
EVAP system uses a 12volt solenoid that gets 12volts with key on, that 12v travels thru the solenoid to the computer so computer can monitor if solenoid has 12volts, if it doesn't then it would set 565 code, so no 12v to solenoid or no 12v thru solenoid

You said you lost power maybe the 565 code was set earlier when you lost power before and just didn't notice

Check the fuses in engine bay fuse box

Also pull up EEC relay and Fuel pump relay, check for corrosion, reinstall

No I just lost power it sounded like a pop underneath the hood all fuses are good and not blown both under the dash and under the hood I have no power what so ever nothing turn the key no lights on dash no dings ding from door being open I have nothing

Battery cables then

Ok I just open the door of the truck and the dome light is on but very very dim so I'm gonna try to recharge the battery and go from there
