hello everyone! i need tome advice on how i should go to lift the front of my wishbone coil spring suspension about 2 inches. any and all input will be appreciated.

Coil spring, 2003, so 2wd?

If the original springs are still in it, (likely) you might find new stock ones get an inch or so of lift.
I did find this on a Google search:
1998-2009 Ford Ranger V6 2wd 2" Front Lift Coils - MaxTrac 753020-6
1998-2011 Ford Ranger 3" Front 2" Rear Lift Kit 2WD

I don't know anything about them other than what's in the links, but it might offer you a place to start.
oh wow thank you this is like just what i am looking for a bit pricey but overall with in my range

hey its been a minute thank you ! for showing me those coil springs i got them but now i just want to know if there is anything i have to changer besides the camber when i put them in

like do i need a different upper control arm or new spindle ?
also im going with the 2 inch in the front coilsprings and this thing is 2wd

Kind of going to be trial and error, but with only 2" you'll probably be ok with stock control arms. You may need longer shocks, but I've never looked at lifting a coil spring 2wd to know. A 2" drop is usually within travel range of a stock shock, so a 2" lift might be also, but it could be closed to maxed out on extension. IIRC the shocks on the coil spring 2wd are in the center of the coil springs, so might want to do some reading on that before digging in.

Even if stock control arms do work, you will likely need camber adjuster bolts in the upper arms to bring it back into alignment. Since you'll need an alignment anyway, I'd go ahead and install the adjusters while installing the springs. Be a good time to check over all the ball joints, bushings, and tie rod ends.
