Is that tranny from the b2?
You are probably better off going to a JY and getting an Explorer tranny... Keep your torque converter, or replace it with a new one for a 2.9l engine.
The Junkyard tranny costs 1/4 of the price if you can install it yourself. Or 1/10th the price if you can get a decent deal. (They go on sale for $50 sometimes around here at the pick a part. Another place pulls them for you, so they charge more, but give 120 day warranties on all parts.) At $50 a pop, I could replace like 20 trannies for the price to rebuild 1.
Plus that wasn't really the point. The idea is if you are going to spend the money on rebuilding a tranny, you rebuild an explorer tranny and put that in, not the b2 tranny.
The explorer tranny has stronger internals, more clutches, ect.
