need a fuse block diagram thing

so i need to check my fuse for my cig ligtter plug but the door on my trucks fuse block with the sticker telling me what fuse is what is gone so i need to get a look at one how can i find one?

truck is a 90 2.3 base model

it's fuse #3,and should be a circuit breaker.

the circuit breaker?ya,it's common,but not as common as a fuse.i'm sure your local auto parts store should be able to find it.
