NAPA return/exchange policy?

I work for a Napa and we have a pretty liberal policy for returns. We are owned by an indenpendant owner that is awesome. He truely believes in customer service. But in your case it sounds like a defective pump. and I'm glad that your Napa was cool and replaced it.

Where is the ECM relay located? Looking at the passenger side of the engine compartment I see the starter solenoid, the fuel pump relay that I replaced, and another for the factory fog lights...

Does the ECM relay control all three pumps or just the tank ones? Wouldn't make sense to me if the high pressure pump works but the others don't.

Update:

Found both relays. Must not have seen the other one or something.

I stole the relays out of my running '88. Still no start. Put the suspect ones in the '88, runs fine, good pressure.

I unhooked the harness connection from the back tank and connected my test light to the two wires on the driver's side - yellow/green and black - and the light flashes with key on. Is it supposed to do this? Voltage goes up to about 6 and drops down.

I've also checked all the body grounds I could find. One on DS inner fender, two on the radiator support. I cleaned them up and ground the connects down with a dremel. There was also a big strap from the PS exhaust that connects to the frame, not sure if it's a ground or not, but I cleaned that up as well.

Any ideas? I really appreciate the help and comments so far.
