Just because it is a different country, doesn't mean that it won't effect people... Do you think that 911 had no effect on Canada? Do you think the bp oil spill had no effect on Canada?

Planes running into buildings, and a massive oil spill are both much different than a guy posting pictures of his sons rolled Ranger. I really doubt that anyone in the Canadian Government is scouring over the pages of TRS looking to change some laws.
