My Ranger

This here is a 98 ranger with a 3'' body lift. 32'' BFGoodrich All-Terrains. A Thush Magnum Glass Pack. it has a cobra cb with a 6'' whip, a new radio. Im thinking about selling it, how much do you think i can get for it? i was thinking 5,500 OBO.

The only problems with it, is a misfire on piston 3, system too lean, broken skid plate(easy fix) and the drivers seat is tearing up some.

Did you look at KBB? Also, your parking break cable is hanging down I noticed. I would have to say $4500 due to milage. Question, is it a M5OD i.e. manual or automatic? 4.0L?

guess what Im trying to say is many things determing price. Most ranger owners on this fourm, including myself are quite specific when we look to buy a vehicle. SO, what Im getting at is maybe list some more specs. and that will get you a better answer on value.

I just know that people like to know details about a used truck when they are looking for one. When I bought my truck I looked a 2-3 dozen trucks online before I went to look at about six of them in person. Im not in the market for a truck right now, just trying to give some advice to help you sell yours.

I would deffinatly get the small things like the skid plate fixed. If people see that bent they might assume other things are wrong with the under carage.

Craigs List is great, just do not accept personal checks or pay pall. If at all possable try to get cash in person. Reason being there is alot of scamers out there. One tryed to get my old bed topper when I had it up for sale.

Just ask if you have any questions. I will try to answer to the best of my knowledge.

thats the skid plate, factory. had a little fun muddin and yeah . I am going to put it on craiglist too btw. Do you know any place that sells cheap skid plates?
