It just ran across my mind that if I didn't a lift since I haven't done one on a Ranger, how much of a lift can I do without having to change to many suspension parts. And if I did a lift what type would you recommend?

So over the holliday I got a chance to measure a 351W which I want to put it in my truck. After comparing those measurements to what I have in my engine compartment I have decided to do a 3 inch body lift to give me some more room. While doing this I may have to move the steering linkage because of the width of the engine. Does anyone have experience with this?
