My POS Craigslist Special 92 Ranger

Those ultra thin tires should get you down real low too...:)

Yeah, but the ride's gonna suck. You'll feel every crack and hole in the road.

I don't have ultra thin tires guys, those wheels in the OP were on the truck when I bought it. I bought new 15-inch wheels and new tires that have plenty of sidewall

I'm pretty sure that Mark was being sarcastic and I was playing along.

IE: "Those tires are so thin you can't even see them."

Every pic you've posted (until now, that I've seen) with a wheel has been wheel only. Not going to have any sidewall to absorb the shocks like that. We know full well that you've still got tires to put on it.

Mine will be worse than yours with side wall if I ever manage to get back working on it. 17s with a 245/45 (or wider). You're doing a lot nicer work that I will be doing though.

Looking great, keep it up. :icon_thumby:

Hahaha!

I know sarcasm but obviously you two are a little more advanced than me.

Or at the very least, less brain dead LOL

My bad!

Looking for part number 22....it's the bracket that bolts to the beam, sway bar links mount to it

One of mine is bent

Any leads anyone?

They used the same axles didn't they? I know they did for 4x4 models, I'm not to sure with 2x4 models.

I'm 99% sure it is the same, I was just hoping for verification before I ordered it. I can't believe it's 35 freaking dollars LOL

It'll be the same bracket. Only other source I know of would be the junkyard.

IIRC the Explorers (and BIIs) sat a little higher in the front than the Ranger, but I think that was due to the mounts. Even if the beams were bent different for more height that portion of it would be the same.

That's the wrong body for a mullet.
