My new-ish 83 Interior

So i bought my truck last week and did an overhaul on the interior

New Parts-Carpet,Headliner,Center console,Aluminum Dash,JVC Deck,Xplod Speakers,

Future Parts-Seats haha

Im debating covers or new seats!
but look at the condition of the seats.... the rest of the interior was 10x worse!

Lemme know what you think

Get some seats covers and you'll be good, I like the head liner looks pro

Thanks Man i was thinkin the same!

And yea liner was pretty easy... took down the hardboard got $9 worth of headliner material from the local Joann fabric store and $3 dollar spray on adhesive and BAM
the hardest part was the plastic spacers were giving me problems when putting the sun visors back up!

its hella funny me seeing your truck cause i had an 83 it was my first ride i ever had... i miss it so much some dumb kid ran a fight and ended it... any way i use to get so many people on the way the horn was lol it just sucks cause the got out to much... any way nice

ooo, you even have the elusive (for me anyway) first generation overhead console, not to mention the center console...

I like your steering wheel too, it has a nice simple design to it. Mine is flat and all around looks like a fake air bag steering wheel:

Yea i had some free time so i decided to knock out the interior...

I love the center console and overhead console... the pics they are dirty and look much better... but i need the cover to my center console... when i bought the truck it was missing so now im on a hunt...

But for $350 cant beat that haha...

I love my 1st truck and cant wait to take it out to get it dirty...

Thanks man! I need seat covers bad... my clean interior they cause the biggest eye sore!

Once i get it all done ill take new pics..

Looks good, definitely a quality job. You could get some seat covers, or even put in mustang seats? So now the interiors done, any plans for the exterior?

Thanks born... Last 2 things i want inside is the complete middle console.. its missing the cover... and the seat covers or new seats...

But on exterior

I think im gonna do a dana 35 swap, get some bigger tires, regear, 4" lift 2"body lift...

Im throwing on my new bull guard up front this weekend i found a really good condition one at pick n pull for 20 bucks... so i sandblasted it and painted it and will put pics up soon...

But other than that ill be taking my time its my 1st project so im taking the time to learn things... you know?

Do you have some more pics of that center console? You got me wondering about how they fit up against the back of the cab... and if it would even fit with my steel interior.
