Yes its a HI-Lift jack i put it there cuz i didnt like the look of it on a bumper and the hood was messed up anyways

under it maybe but i think the'll never be clean and show bright cuz it'll be covered in mud

i dont know really. i would just go with more amber colored maybe. you could probably get and LED strip in some cool colors though
