my headers fit!!!!

The "insert image" button is there, but there's no "manage attachments" button anywhere when I go into advanced reply.

It's a paperclip looking thing, in between a white smilley face and the two arrow things.

I said that was there (insert link)but there's no "manage attachements" button anywhere.

When you go to "reply to post" and then "Go Advanced", there should be a blue banner acroos the bottom of the page that says "Addition Options" , bet that dialog box is turned off. Go to the far right of that blue banner to where it looks like some up arrows. Click that to see that new dialog box where you can manage attachments. See if that helps.

Nope, that's not there. I did just notice that at the very bottom of the page under "forum rules" it says I may not post attachments. I guess that's why there's no button for it.
