Nice! Bug kicks ass, and that Ranger is gonna be a lot of fun for you! As far as your door/radio issue, I had a 95 before and it had a very similar problem with the door chime and whatnot. Do your windshield wipers work? If not it's probably the GEM..

Yup! Wipers work. And so does the door/light issue now. It seems to have been a short in the light itself. And pulled the radio too. Looks like the dude had had an aftermarket head unit in there and pulled it when he went to sell it. He just stuck the stock unit back in the dash and didn't bother hooking it up. So, I have an old junky cd player/radio that was going to eventually get installed in the bug, but I guess it will go in the truck until I spring for a decent one for the truck and put this one back in the garage for the bug. lol. Looks like he kept all of the speakers too. So I will put some decent speakers in it and should be good to go again soon! My wife and I should be recieving our first time homebuyers rebate back any day and then I will be going to grab some speakers, maybe a head unit, and the refrigerant hose for the AC that has two big holes in it where the belt slapped up against it. 105 degrees today. Getting time for some AC. Haha!

Wow that's funny lol at least you got it all straightened out and it wasn't your GEM, those things are a PITA! Haha yeah I feel ya on the AC situation, I just found out I have overheating issues so I'm doing a cooling system flush today, hoping that takes care of things.. *crosses fingers* haha

Woohoo! So, I have an emblem coming in the mail from Christian29 now! Thanks boss! Sorry I was kind of short on the phone. Busy day at work. Now, does anyone know if/where I could order the light cans that are on the lower black part of the front bumper? I thought about removing that whole black valance deal down there and see what I thought, but I don't think I would like it. But, I don't like the look of the rusted out light cans either.
