so still no flex shots?


sorry, none yet. been very busy at the shop. and still have to get new shocks and new front springs

rides great, on road... haven't been offroad.
steers fine, need to get new front leafs yet and track bar built.
haven't had time to test flex other than parking on the loading dock at my second job, need to get out and do some testing...hard to find the time though with two jobs and being a single dad...
 
If it was flex you are after I would have gone with coils, some eb coils would work good on a ranger as far as th weight goes. Personaly I dont cxare for leaf swaps but it is your truck and I would not go to the trouble of sasing anything without stronger than 1/2 ton axles. The truck looks good though BTW.
 
Idk... I've rode in and helped with some leaf sas'es.... You can flex the right leafs out great. Yj on one tons and 42's rode like a dream on the interstate or backroads and flexed out pretty nice to.

Sure, but if you want major flex, link it with coilovers right? Go all out?

Leafs are simple and cheap.. And work..

And the d30; well it'll hold up to more than people think it will. If his plan is 33's and mostly a dd.. Than he's fine. If he's doing mud or slight rocks. Hell, I've seen a d30/8.8 rig run every trail at superlift ohv park on 37's locked diffs and not break... Yes, it has aftermarket axles; that just shows you have options to make it stronger.
 
Looks really cool with the new rims and tires.
Damn i need to find a way to put mine already
 
Determination gets a D30 under a Ranger.
