My bumper build


Looks good. I'm looking for ideas. I was ok with the stock bumper for now but a deer changed my mind yesterday morning.

That looks very good. Do u have any more pices of the build? Love to have about the same design for mine.
 
All I did was use a 8' foot long piece of 8" c-channel (prefabbed) and two 4 foot sections of 6 inch wide flat steel.I used the extra c-channel for my mounting points


This is all 3/16" steel.
 
The bumper looks good!

But what did you do to your fenders? Did you mould in a flare to match the stepside (which obviously has no flare)?
The fender looks fat in the wheel well, like thare's a flare, but no seem on the outside.
 
Yea...I think it turned out fairly well. Doesnt look PERFECT, but it's clean
 
So Im thinking of adding a little tubing to this bumper. Suggestions?

Maybe more of a flat nosed bar to mount some lights on
