Ok I worked on the throttle cable and TV cable hook ups today and this is what I came up with. I used a 96 Explorer 90* elbow with a mustang T-body and the stock mustang throttle cable bracket. I turned the T-body upside down bolted it on and then drilled & tapped two holes into the Explorer 90* elbow and used a piece of angle iron bolted that to the 90* elbow and then bolted the throttle cable bracket to the angle iron. Problem solved!! Now my throttle cable is a stock mustang 5.0 and I will need to use the lokar TV cable set up. Here is a couple of pics to see how easy this was to do....Enjoy.
