My '93

Bought a topper today for only $50 from my uncle who had it on his '88 Ranger that he was parting out. It is a faded brown color, was originally a dark brown metallic.

Woah. Good topper deals today, I bought one this morning off a guy near the PA border for 25.

It's a nice fiberglass Leer that he bought new back in 1988 up in Belleville when he bought the truck. Set him back about $800 then. The truck had probably been sitting in his backyard for the past 5 years when he stopped driving it to pull out the 302 he dropped in it in his '70 Maverick (the truck originally had a 2.3 and 5 speed). Figured why let a good cap go to waste and asked him if he'd sell it to me. Brought it home and gave it a good scrubbing (lots of mildew grown on it). Will leave it the "shit brown" color for a while until I decide if I want to paint it.
In order to put the topper on had to pull out the bedliner, it now has a rubber bed mat in its place.

nice lookin truck man, and i agree with mc_muench, those t bird wheels looked sweet. they would probably look better if you painted them black and then shaved/ sadded the paint off the ends of the fins to make them look like an "old school" moto metal wheel. keep up the good work!

In the next week or so I am going to retire the Mustang rims, gonna put on some snowflake rims off of a '85 B2 on them. Will take the tires off the Mustang rims and put them on the B2's.
