My ford emblem took a rock to the dome and got blown apart. So I'm gunna make a whole new front grille this week sometime

Built this new grille last night, only cost me about $15 in expanded metal! And 30 minutes of my time... :yahoo: Used the existing grille and just cut all the chrome strips off.

Then layed the expanded metal in, and fastened it up.

Some black paint, of course. And pay no attention to my painting shoes....

And here is the pic of it on the truck in the school parking lot, attracted way more attention than i thought it would! :D

We had a nice day sunny day here so I thought I would show her some love with a quick detail.

Well guys it's official, I graduated last night! For our senior trip my friend and I are driving down to Californa. We will hopefully be leaving around the 28th, but we have a slight issue that has to be fixed first...
I found a small coolant leak, but couldn't find the source so I took it to my buddies shop, but it seemed as if it wa a freeze plug.

Took it to the shop and turns out I was right, passenger side plug behind the motor mount is toast, only issue is he said it would be 300-400 bucks to fix it, but it's
Gotta be done before the trip.
On the brighter side I got some herculiner, and will be bed lining my bed finally. So that's a small bonus. I'll update with that layer

Rolled in the Herculiner the other day, here is the outcome!

I'm really happy with the way it looks, and it is pretty durable.
